Updated Hosting Options #153

no.de shut down, nodejitsu is no longer free, and added some more free options that I've tried myself

It's kind of funny, most, if not all of these, are hosted on Amazon's AWS service. Amazon also does node.js hosting, which should be specified (although it's not free, but pretty cheap. First year is free right now).
