https://turntable.fm is back on line, with only a few minor changes to their API. That means ttapi can be used almost as is!

this PR:

used decaffeinate to convert coffeescript to ES6
uses the ws module from npm instead of shipping a websocket implementation
uses https and wss URLs
hardcodes the chat server URL since the old which_chatserver endpoint is not working
uses node-fetch for HTTPS requests because it is easier than the http module
uses ES modules for the examples: this is because ES modules in node.js let you do import 'modulename' to import the current module as well, so the examples can be run both inside the repo or copy-pasted into your own project

No API changes, so old bots should be able to use this version with no code changes.
