IAA result audit #267

After editing the IAA system, we raise a IAA result audit to make sure that the 
IAA calculation results are as same as the detailed report.

Step one:
Count annotations in the detailed reported and compare the numbers with the 
numbers from the report of " CLass and Span matcher".
