[Disorder Annotation schema testing] disjoint span annotation

The focus seems to get lost when modifying the annotations using the disjoint 
span editor. When expanding a disjoint annotation for disease I have to click 
on the lower annotation for “iseas” then click on the right expand span 
button. Then click again on the “isease” to add the “d” in 
“disease” using the left expand button
