relationship under adjudication mode on 1.007 +6a #284

-------------issue 1

it(1.007+6a) works in some cases but not all. In adjudication mode, I could
right click to create relationship, and the pop-up would show 2 possible
annotations to link, one by A3 and one by Adjudicator. There were actually 4
annotations on the text span, created by A1, A2, A3 and Adjudicator. What we
want is only linking to the annotation by Adjudicator by no one else since it's
under Adjudication mode.

issue 2
Also if I accept an "Annotation B" from annotator A3, which has a relationship
with "Annotation A" that I accepted from A1, the relationship still links back
to "Annotation A" by A1 instead of "Annotation A" by adjudicator. Could you
please check?

To the first issue 284.1

In previous design, annotations can be linked to "adjudicated" annotations and
"unadjudicated" annotations. That's why you can see A1, A2, A3 and Adjudicator
on the popup dialog.
Now, annotation relationship only can be created from the annotation by
Adjudicator tor another annotation by Adjudicator.
This modification is implemented on version 1.008.

To second issue 284.2:

" Also if I accept an "Annotation B" from annotator A3, which has a relationship with "Annotation A" that I accepted from A1, the relationship still links back to "Annotation A" by A1 instead of "Annotation A" by adjudicator. Could you please check?"

It couldn't be reproduced here.. I will keep try it and may will ask a demo
from you tomorrow.

For the second example, try to have annotations by A1 and A2 overlapped, where
A2 has one more character than A1. In my project there's always an extra
semi-colon from one annotator. So the adjudicated annotation would be something
like "HPI", but the relationship would point to "HPI:".
