[Relationship] linked spans didn't get updated

The problem under adjudication mode where the relationship links to the 
"unmodified" or "unadjudicated" annotations also appears in Annotation Mode. 
For example, if you have "world" linked to "hello", and you change the span of 
"hello" to "hell" by shifting the span, the relationship under "world" would 
still show it links to "hello", instead of "hell". Just bringing this up to 
your attention so it would be entered into the list.

After testing, we found it only appears on the previous stable version, such as 
1.007. 

The beta version didn't have this problem.

Working on the 1.009 version now.
