We use Twitch stream embeds on our front page, especially for jam launch events. We should either:

Disable the embed at all, replacing it with a pretty image/link to the actual website
Make the user click an "Accept Twitch cookies" option before showing the embed (possibly saving the preference on the user account)

On step in the right direction would be to add <meta name="twitter:dnt" content="on"> to all our pages as per https://developer.twitter.com/en/docs/twitter-for-websites/privacy
