Support overriding the winning themes #579

Just allow set the winning labels in the administration.

Also, font is now too big for the active shortlist themes. They have the font size of winning themes

Also, display a pretty icon near the winning theme.

Obsolete, using a special pic as the header of the themes page was sufficient
