Let streamers register their YouTube channel #624

Eventually we would look into detecting whether the channels are live, for embedding them in the same way we do for Twitch

Remaining:

[x] Support setting the channel from the user profile
[x] Support setting the channel from the streamer participation
[x] Display live channel on user profile
[ ] Display live channel on streamer list page
[ ] Display live channel on home page
[ ] Bonus : filter live channel by title
