Home page: have a "learn more" link near the "join" event one #639

It should probably lead to the main announcement post.

The goal is to make sure that throughout the event, even if the original announcement gets replaced by new posts, new users can still easily learn what the event is about.

NB. The "original announcement" has yet to be stored somewhere as such.
