3 years ago - [x] Give the users entity an "approved" flag
- [x] All post lists, by default, only show posts from approved users
- [x] On the front page, show to mods & admins all the posts from yet-to-be-approved users, marked as such (eg. opacity at .7)
- [x] On each of thost front page posts, let mods either approve the user or delete it (with a confirmation)
- [x] On unapproved user profiles, mods & admins can approve the user or delete it
- [x] Unapproved users have a warning when editing their bio.
- [x] Remove the existing "no link until you have an entry" thing on blog posts
- [x] Have a page list all unapproved users
- [x] Have a mod notification point to the unapproved users
