When a channel goes online, mobile push notifications are sent almost immediately and the stream is immediately available through the twitch website. However there is a delay of ~ 1 min before the API indicates that the channel has an active stream, and there is no way to open the stream in Orion while this is so. It would be nice if the UI provided a way for the user to open the stream for a channel that the API indicates is offline if possible.
