Duplicate Notifications on VOD Skip #215

If a channel I'm following is online (thus making a notification), the notification is replayed anytime a VOD is opened, or if I skip ahead/back in time on the VOD.

Running v1.6.1 on Windows 10 Fall Creator's Update (1709). Reproducible with any VOD or channel appearing in the notification that I've tried so far.

I have been able to reproduce this issue on Arch/KDE for a while as well, I just have been lazy to report this :D

Arch linux just updated their "kde-unstable" repos which includes now Qt 5.10-beta4, and after I moved to it I notice that this issue had changed (..so its a Qt5.9.x problem?) ... before everytime I opened VOD I got those "online notification" twice (or even three times)...now its only once...and yes they still show up when I seek thru the VOD but it's not huge spam anymore, so it's little bit better

also the animation in orion does seem little bit smoother in Qt5.10 (-beta4)

this issue has been resolved in the "git" version...at least on arch using Qt5.10.1
