[travis] add linux appimage and android apk #258

Add a linux build with AppImage artifact to travis ci. Also adds a android build with test-signed apk. Example release here: https://github.com/mrgreywater/orion/releases/tag/1.6.6b

Will fix #259, fix #253, resolve #213, resolve #180

@alamminsalo : this should be merged asap as it fixes the build issue (plus other good things) ...and maybe you could release a newer (hotfix) version?
