1.6.6-20 prints Error transferring xx - server replied: Not Found #277

This is Orion trying and failing to load the thumbnails for the three oldest broadcast results that Twitch gives for this channel, which are incidentally also missing video. The Twitch website view of this channel's VODs list (https://www.twitch.tv/jupiterrjazz/videos?filter=archives) has the same problem, so this has nothing particularly to do with Orion.

FYI I've notified Twitch through their feedback form about this (Video broadcast results showing up with missing thumbnails.)
