docs: add npm package badge to README #1

The purpose of this PR is to add a badge on the README to immediately know the latest version on npm of the react-native-fast-shadow package.

Bias on this PR

Force the display of the background of the version number in brightgreen.
Why?
- By default, the color is orange because the version number is not ≥ 1.0.0.
- 0.1.0 of react-native-fast-shadow seems production ready.
