Add "Alan v2 to v3 conversion guide" to repo #93

A comment in The Manual indicates that there once was a conversion guide. (And I had a vague memory of it to.)

I dug it up and added the ODT and PDF to a new subdirectory, conversion, for future conversion to AsciiDOC. Maybe.
