Merge the `tw-conversion` with the `develop` branch and deploy the app to Azure

In our meeting with @RichGriff , he did the following:

• Create a new develop branch from main, given that the original one was absent: https://github.com/alan-turing-institute/AssurancePlatform/tree/develop
• Merge his work from the tw-conversion into the new develop branch, via a Pull request: https://github.com/alan-turing-institute/AssurancePlatform/pull/444
• Although one of the quality controls failed, the GitHub Actions re-build and published the application image to Docker Hub. The application is available at https://staging-assuranceplatform.azurewebsites.net

We then try many application features, and they seem to work fine in Safari. @kallewesterling @chrisdburr , if you're OK, I'm happy to close this issue

Just a small update from me.

I have removed the following due to them not currently being used or awaiting info:

• Settings page
• Feedback Banner

These changes have also been pushed into develop and are now live in the staging site https://staging-assuranceplatform.azurewebsites.net/

I'll open one (or more) new draft issue(s) about building the logic + interface for a Settings page. Then I think we can close this one.

@RichGriff -- just to be clear, is the "Feedback Banner" now instead a button in the main editor interface?
