I just made a pass of editing over it, as there still were some accidental references to August/July/June from past copy & pastes 😉

One question I have is regarding the recruitment of user testing participants: Do we really want to be that selective in terms of demographics from the start? I think it might be a bit of a barrier for people to get in touch. I'd suggest we just ask people to get in touch and start the user testing, and if we see a lack of representation we can always do some more targeted recruitment. 🙂
