@GeorgiaHCA - do you have funding to attend Collaborations Workshop? Or does the project have budget @davsarper?
@KirstieJane I do have fellowship money left from the SSI which perhaps would cover it, as does @gedankenstuecke. There's also the option to do it remotely to save costs.
@GeorgiaHCA I suggest reaching out to Catherine of the SSI for this, as they have a separate pathway/reimbursement deadlines etc for CW24 that's slightly different from the typical pathways!
Goal on my side definitely isn't to save costs - its to get the best engagement - and mostly to loop in @davsarper so he isn't surprised at the last minute!

Summary
Citizen science is one of themes for the 2024 SSI CW. We want to submit a proposal to share our learnings from AutSPACEs and expertise on citizen science with this community.
Deadline
The deadline for proposals for mini-workshops and demos is 23:59 GMT on Friday 1 March 2024.
The deadline to register to participate in-person is Friday, 5 April 2024. The deadline to register to participate remotely is Thursday, 11 April 2024.
The event will be held on 30 April 2024 - 2 May 2024
