[BUG]: submit buttons for moderate/share story invisible in dark mode #661

Describe the bug

Some buttons disappear in the darkmode due to the buttons having the same colour scheme as the background

Steps to reproduce

  1. turn on dark mode
  2. go to "moderate story" or "share story" as logged-in user
