• One video is missing – how can we get this over the line asap? Do we replace video with a tutorial? Arrange for someone else to record it? Let me know.
• Subtitles – I am aware Sarah was supporting you with issuing some subtitle files and that we ran out of video hours on our Otter AI account but now we should be good. Could you please direct us where this or these videos live (assume here but not sure which ones)? Aaliya (in cc) will issue the subtitles as soon as we know which recordings to process.
• Testing – have you planned to do any SME testing on the course? And do you have any students who you reckon would be willing to do this? We are happy to support with setup, templates etc, just let me know what your preference is. -- Science support folks

Hi Maria and Julia

Thank you for confirming the pending bits to wrap-up! Aaliya will create the subtitles for all videos here – would you prefer she adds the subtitle files to the google drive folder, or on Moodle directly? If the latter, she will need instructions on where each video should sit.

As of the remaining videos and slides, it would be great if you could prioritise them over April. Once these are done, if you could do some course testing with the students in your department, that would be great!

I am away for quite a long leave (until 7th of May) so Aaliya will be your point of contact in Skills meanwhile, and I suggest that we set up a meeting between 7-10 May to review everything and discuss any pending questions on either end – does this work for you, and if so, can you please suggest a time that week?
