Plenty more to be done on this, but at least this should stop the github action failing, so may be worth merging this intermediate step already.

Consolidates weather forecast and weather history tests into one module, and mocks the API call for both.
Add Hyper irrigation test data.
Remove Advanticsys test data and related code.
