I'm waiting for a PR from Alex Coleman at Leeds with some Dockerfile changes that were needed to get this running on Azure. Once we have those, I'll merge into main and create a tag.

@Sparrow0hawk It looks good in general - there are a couple of minor changes I would suggest, but I haven't had the time to test it out yet.

@jemrobinson no worries at all. In the meantime it lives deployed as an azure web app here - https://counterfactualcovid.azurewebsites.net/

It's not always on so will sometimes take a couple of minutes to spin up the containers and load the data.
