Fix weird geometries

In order to remove the geometries that that didn't have any ISO code I've made the following changes in approximate order of how geopolitically controversial these suggestions are!

• Added Baykonur Cosmodrome into Kazakhstan
• Added Clipperton Island to France
• Added Akrotiri and Dhekelia Sovereign Base Areas with the UK
• Added the Ashmore and Cartier Islands, Coral Sea Islands and Indian Ocean Territories to Australia
• Added Guantanamo Bay to Cuba
• Added Bajo Nuevo Bank and Serranilla Bank to Colombia
• Added Northern Cyprus and Cyprus No Mans Area to Cyprus
• Added Somaliland to Somalia
• Added Siachen Glacier to India
• Added Scarborough Reef to the Philippines
• Added the Spratly Islands to the Philippines
