In histogram replace minimum X axis to date of first case #79

For this we need to access that date avalaible in the input data but not yet in the model. This variable is called 'date_1' in input here.

Things to do:

backend:

[ ] Add "date_first_case" to backend ModelDateRange
[ ] Load 'date_1' as date_first_date in important_dates_load.py script

frontend:

[ ] Fetch date_first_case as part of the loadRestrictionData() function, save it to state.
[ ] Show that information in the left natural history panel.
[ ] Pass the date_first_case component to set minimum axis.
[ ] Rename labels to more understandable names
