Currently the Infopanel is showing the values of total cases per million from the map (which ends on one fixed date for all countries). We want the total cases per million to show the value for the end of the first wave of that country.
For the counterfactual history we only have placeholders for the moment.
Things to do:
[x] Modify LoadTotalCasesTask to get the end date as an input to that function (propagate that change to where the function its being use). Also, include another input variable to be able to access either for real and counterfactual cases.
[x] Create a loadtotalcases() function in the infopanel component to load this data. Make sure it gets updates when the restriction dates change.
[x] Calculate relative change between natural history and Counterfacual
[x] Update placeholders the Natural history and Counterfacual panel with the new info.
