We should

Allow setting a time range and a scenario when requesting a list of model runs.
Show more useful information about each model, currently its just showing the ID.
Figure out how to best plot multiple measures, which might be independent or e.g. bounds for each other.

Done, at least the first two points. Unsure about the third, but if it needs work it deserves its own issue.
