Place DetectorCheckerWebApp into DetectorChecker repo #30

  2. Add DetectorCheckerWebApp -- After removing sensitive info -- Both AZ creds and gmail

@tomaslaz Should I just add the whole WebApp repo as a new subdirectory? What's the best way to do this? Just copy the files into a new folder? Obviously we won't have any commit history, but I guess this is what we want as they may have sensitive info in?

Yes, we do not want the commit history as it has some sensitive info. Copy and paste should be fine. We need to keep an eye on azure and gmail logins.
