h5 dependency is depreciated #55

@tomaslaz - The h5 R package is depreciated (see https://github.com/mannau/h5) and has been replaced by hdf5r (https://github.com/hhoeflin/hdf5r)

I'm wondering if it's worth me swapping h5 for hdf5r in DetectorChecker?

Part of the reason is that I'm having some issues getting travis to install h5, and it seems like others have had this issue (and this may potentially fix it). Did you get travis working with h5 before?

Yes, great catch!
