[x] Code of Conduct
[x] Contributing guideline
[x] Meeting templates
[x] Meeting notes from previous calls
[ ] Resources used for meetings, like presentations, resources etc. (this can be added in a separate PR by Fede and Leontien)
[ ] Anything else?
