@ablaom @tlienart @vollmersj Any thoughts on moving this repo to JuliaAI as well?

Hmm this is unrelated to MLJ and for all I know could be archived (it's in support of a specific paper but there's not been work on it since and at least one other (maintained) Julia package does this zig-zag style sampling), not sure there's much sense in moving it over? I'm not against it though.
