Could we choose soon 1 image for which we have the author permission to show in the draft of the paper? Something like image 121 would be perfect.
@crangelsmith I'll get to work! Is there any reaseon why we can't use one of our own images?

Change the name “generate configuration file” to “read configuration file” and switch the direction of the arrow, because the config file is an input to the process.
May say “Pixel intensity thresholding”, instead of only thresholding?
Switch the order of boxes “classify surfaces” and “calculate metrics”, we first calculate the metrics and then do the classifications (using some of the metrics).
