No write access to the project #3

As a member of REG I would like to have write access to this project, so that I can make changes to fix and improve things.

Currently I don't; it'd be good if the access permissions could be relaxed. It's not the end of the world: as a public project I was able to fork it and submit a change that way, but this may add too much hassle for some people?

You should now have write access — I added all of the hut23 team as maintainers.
