This is an ongoing effort and we will certainly revisit the representation of contexts and circuits while integrating helib and tfhe. We will then open more specific issues. The current version has the following limitations:

gate fan-in is always 2
eval could be generic of the Context, while currently it is implemented at the ContextClear
