Haven't looked at it myself but it has aggregated regional stats for multiple countries including things like testing, government response (lockdown measures etc.), mobility and so on.
Not sure whether it includes demographic data which I think is what you're focusing on currently, but thought it might be useful if you're planning to continue this 🙂
