Mock up a project report "dashboard" view for one particular project (by hand, even) #22

This should include a view of actuals vs plan (cumulative - "project burn-up"), and (e.g. monthly) time spent per individual vs plan.

@ots22 Isn't this the same as #17 and #18?

There are meant to be three things to do (which I think aren't clear from these issues!) - I'll try to clean up
