Web-site sometimes won't load, or at least takes a very long time to load. Maybe something to do with container or Flask app restarting in background (e.g. causing Forecast API being queried to update data). Not sure whether e.g. status of App Service on Azure changes if there haven't been any connections for a while. To investigate.
