Make repo public #48

When shall we do this? If not now, what do we need to do to be happy making the repo open?

The only thing I can think of is that the readme refers to the names of some of the resources the web app uses (only names, not credentials). Would it be better to remove those?

I tidied up the readme a bit, I don't think there's anything stopping us making it public now.

I ran the repo through gitleaks and it didn't find anything, so I'll go ahead and make the repo public @martintoreilly .
