People should have a start and end date, otherwise it's difficult to track total available capacity in the team.

Could assign people to an UNAVAILABLE project to get an idea of start/end dates, but that wouldn't get around the limit on the number of users.

We are now using a database based on the Harvest & Forecast data models, merged into one including only the minimal set of features needed for the functionality we've built-in so far, see here: https://github.com/alan-turing-institute/WimbledonPlanner/blob/master/notes/Minimal_Data_Model.md
