All (?) projects now have an ID of the form hut23-576 referring to their GitHub issue. Can look at:
[ ] Replacing the harvest/forecast IDs in the database with these new IDs (and moving harvest/forecast IDs to a different column).
[x] Get GitHub issue numbers from the ID rather than tags.
