Unconfirmed Projects in Preferences Table #80

Projects with only unconfirmed projects do not appear in the preferences table. We would like them to.

First quick fix: Just add resource required and unconfirmed allocations. Both then appear in the preferences table but with no distinction between the two (can still see that on the whiteboards, though).

Better fix would be to treat them separately and either order the columns by resource required first, then unconfirmed, or add a note to the FTE requirement in the row heading (e.g. 2.0 FTE UNCONF)
