Add PDMP end-to-end example

Create an examples/pdmp directory with the following contents:

• [x] setup folder with:
  • run.sh script to install Julia and other dependencies on each VM
• [x] deploy folder with:
  • run.sh script to generate tasks, save them to file and add them to the tasks queue for the VM pool
  • az-queue.py script to use for adding tasks to queue
  • az-storage.py script to use for adding task file to VM pool data storage container
  • secrets directory with the following Azure SAS tokens:
  • azure_vm_pool_mortest42_sas_servicebus_management.txt for adding tasks to the queue
  • azure_vm_pool_mortest42_sas_storage_container_data.txt for uploading the tasks file to the VM pool storage container
• [x] task folder with:
  • run.sh script to that will pull from task queue and execute task until queue is empty then stop

Commit f18fda7 should have a working end to end PDMP example. However, there are lots of places where the resource group is hard coded in scripts. @tlienart Could you merge the changes you made to your copies of these to parameterise the resource group?
