[x] @Iain-S -> Convert existing code to Python 3.7, in line with the current Turing Way netlify deployment
[x] @myyong -> See whether we can get Netflify to deploy the Turing Way book with focal fossa VM (it builds with Python 3.8 on the GitHub CI workflow so should work OK on Netlify)
