Large, structural change:

• Use Poetry for dependency management
• Create pathways/ dir with Poetry, as well as pyproject and poetry.lock files
• Move source files to pathways/pathways folder
• Move test files to pathways/tests folder
• Move some testing and linting files to pathways/ folder too

Note, after installing the pathways project with pip install ./pathways/ you can run the main module from anywhere with, for example, python -m pathways.main --help
