Implemented pathway description feature

Summary

Implemented the feature to provide description for pathways (associated with the user profiles) which will improve user experience allowing meaningful use of book by all profile types.

List of changes made

• In the profiles.yml file, a description field was added for each profile. For the purpose of testing, a dummy description was added to each profile.
• In the main.py file, the generate_landing_page function was modified to include a description parameter. The code was updated to retrieve the description value from the profile.
• In the landing_page.py file, the LandingPage class was modified to include a description parameter. The write_content function was updated to utilize the mdutils library and add a new paragraph with the description as text
