To link the SPC data with our clim-recal results and develop the current demo in Glasgow city toward the whole UK, some current issues need to be addressed
[x] Review/improve the fitting method: The current fitting method is not perfect, a discussion of possible ways to improve it could be a good idea. @stuartlynn, @andrewphilipsmith, @griff-rees and @RuthBowyer may help with this by arranging a meeting.
[x] Resouce for a virtual machine on Azure: The fitting process would take long so a virtual machine is needed to run it on the cloud. Since the budget for DyME subscription is tense, it is better to determine the allocation of virtual machine resources for this.
[ ] There could be more discussion about the further applications, possible direction may include identifying the vulnerable people of climate-sensitive disease and/or combining it with mobility and other models
