Review storage (what is in hot, cold and archive storage)? #146

In April, we focused on just moving the largest datasets into cheaper storage. (See here for details https://hackmd.io/mJ3U5bOjTsOLM8k7MdgY3Q?edit)

We should review this again to ensure that as much data as possible is moved to cheaper storage.
