I don't see a real reason for hiding who's on the project from other participants. There is an argument that maybe the Referee should only be able to see a limited set of participants. Hopefully @bw-faststream can give some input here.
Sorry for my slow response, I was in training all last week and on other projects. I agree, I don't see any reason for hiding participants for anyone.
Potentially you could not let Referee and Data Provider Representatives from seeing other non decision making users, but I can't think of a use case where this would be necessary.
Currently only Programme Managers/Project Managers can see who the other project users are, which feels too restrictive.
