Visibility of users on projects and work packages

Currently only Programme Managers/Project Managers can see who the other project users are, which feels too restrictive.

• Should any member of a Project be able to see all other members of the same Project?

If not, then:

• Should Investigators and Project Managers be able to see all users on their project? (I would say yes.)
• Which users should Data Provider Representatives be able to see?
• Which users should Referees be able to see?
• Which users should other participants be able to see? (I would say as a minimum you should be able to see the Investigator and Project Manager of any project you are assigned to.)

I don't see a real reason for hiding who's on the project from other participants. There is an argument that maybe the Referee should only be able to see a limited set of participants. Hopefully @bw-faststream can give some input here.

Sorry for my slow response, I was in training all last week and on other projects. I agree, I don't see any reason for hiding participants for anyone.

Potentially you could not let Referee and Data Provider Representatives from seeing other non decision making users, but I can't think of a use case where this would be necessary.
