Consider expanding guidance on classification questions #238

During user testing (#175), users had issues with understanding meaning of the questions and particular words.

There is guidance to go along with classification – question is whether the webapp is the right delivery method for these; This is more a question of how to communicate info and what we want to use the web app for; Listing here because it should inspire conversation. Ideal solution would be testing out different methods but pragmatically we will need to make a decision based on discussions in meetings and run with it

@bw-faststream Is this done with the recent UX changes, or is further work needed here?

@jemrobinson I had a chat with @tomdoel about this earlier, we'll close for now and re-action upon the next round of UX testing in the December DSG.
